How do I reset my password?
Open the app, tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen, and follow the email instructions. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Open your device settings, navigate to Subscriptions, find the app, and select Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
How do I export my health data?
Open the app, go to Settings, and look for the Export or Reports section. You can generate PDF or CSV reports to share with your healthcare provider.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from within the app under Settings. Alternatively, email [email protected] with your request. All data is permanently removed within 30 days.
